Partner & Vendor Terms
Terms for transporters, drivers, fleet owners, and delivery partners.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Who This Applies To
These terms apply to transporters, drivers, fleet owners, and delivery/pickup partners ("Partners") engaged by Maaskom Logistics Private Limited to provide transportation, pickup, or delivery services on our behalf, in addition to any separate written agreement signed with a Partner.
2. Onboarding & Eligibility
Partners must complete our onboarding process, including providing valid KYC documents (such as PAN and Aadhaar), a valid driving licence where applicable, vehicle registration certificate, permit, and insurance for any vehicle used, and bank account details for payouts.
3. Nature of Engagement
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Partners are engaged as independent contractors / service providers and not as employees, agents, or representatives of Maaskom Logistics Private Limited.
4. Partner Responsibilities
- Handle, transport, and deliver shipments safely and professionally, and within agreed timelines.
- Comply with all applicable motor vehicle, transport, and safety laws.
- Maintain valid licences, permits, and insurance for any vehicle used.
- Not open, inspect, or tamper with shipment contents, except as required by law.
- Keep customer information confidential and use it only to complete the assigned pickup/delivery.
- Not subcontract assigned shipments without our prior written consent.
5. Beneficiary Details & Payouts
Partners must provide accurate bank account (beneficiary) details for payouts. Payouts are made per trip, weekly, or on another agreed cycle, and may include deductions for cash-on-delivery amounts collected on our behalf, applicable commissions, or penalties for non-compliance, as set out in the Partner's onboarding agreement.
6. Insurance & Liability
Partners are responsible for maintaining valid vehicle and, where applicable, goods-in-transit insurance. Partners agree to indemnify Maaskom Logistics Private Limited for losses arising from their negligence, non-compliance with law, or breach of these terms.
7. Data Protection
Partners must handle any customer personal information they access (such as addresses and phone numbers) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, and must not use it for any purpose other than completing the assigned shipment.
8. Confidentiality
Partners must keep confidential any business, pricing, or customer information obtained through their engagement with us, both during and after the engagement.
9. Taxes
Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations, including GST registration where applicable. Payouts may be subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) in accordance with the Income Tax Act, 1961.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the notice period agreed during onboarding. We may suspend or terminate a Partner immediately for breach of law, unsafe conduct, or breach of these terms.
11. Grievances & Disputes
Partners may raise concerns using our Grievance Redressal process. Disputes not resolved informally are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction set out in our Terms & Conditions.
