1. Your Declaration
When booking a shipment, you must accurately declare its contents and weight. By tendering a shipment to us, you confirm that it does not contain any item listed as "Prohibited" below, and that any "Restricted" item has been specifically agreed with us in advance and complies with applicable law.

We do not accept, under any circumstances:

- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and other weapons
- Radioactive, highly toxic, or infectious materials
- Counterfeit goods or goods infringing intellectual property rights
- Human remains or body parts
- Obscene or pornographic material
- Any item whose carriage is prohibited under Indian law, or, for international shipments, under the law of the origin, transit, or destination country, or by applicable customs/DGFT regulations
3. Restricted Items
The following items may only be carried with our prior written agreement, appropriate documentation, and compliant packaging:
- Flammable, corrosive, or other hazardous materials (as classified under applicable hazardous-goods regulations)
- Currency, bullion, and precious stones or metals
- Live animals and plants
- Perishable goods
- Lithium batteries and battery-powered devices, where applicable transport rules require special handling
4. Consequences of Violation
We may refuse, hold, or return any shipment that we reasonably believe contains a prohibited or undeclared restricted item, without liability to us. Where required by law, we may also report such shipments to the relevant authorities. You remain liable for any loss, damage, fines, or other consequences arising from a prohibited or inaccurately declared shipment, and our Cargo Liability Policy does not cover such shipments.
