We provide road freight, air freight, warehousing, and express/global shipping services, along with an online booking, price-estimation, and shipment-tracking platform. Service availability may vary by location.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Booking Process & Quotes

Prices shown by our online calculator are estimates based on the origin, destination, weight, and service type you provide. The final price may change based on the actual weight, dimensions (volumetric weight), declared value, applicable taxes, and any additional services requested, and will be confirmed at or before pickup.

5. Payment

Payment terms, accepted methods, and invoicing are described in our Payment Policy.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

7. Prohibited Goods

You must not book or tender any item listed in our Restricted Goods Policy. We may refuse, suspend, or report any shipment that we reasonably believe contains prohibited or restricted goods, or inaccurately declared contents.

8. Liability for Loss or Damage

Our liability for loss, damage, or delay to shipments is governed by our Cargo Liability Policy, including applicable statutory liability limits under the Carriage by Road Act, 2007 and, for international air shipments, the Carriage by Air Act, 1972.

9. User Conduct & Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by: attempting unauthorised access to our systems; submitting false or misleading shipment information; using the website for any unlawful purpose; or interfering with its proper functioning.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Maaskom Logistics Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
