Shipping & Delivery Policy
How pickup, transit, and delivery work.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to shipments booked through our Road Freight, Air Freight, Warehousing, and Global/Express Shipping services.
2. Booking & Pickup
You can request a price estimate and book a shipment through our website's "Ship order" calculator or the full booking flow. Once a booking is confirmed, our team schedules a pickup at the address and time window provided. Please ensure the shipment is ready, accurately labelled, and that someone is available at the pickup location during the scheduled window.
3. Packaging
You are responsible for packaging your goods adequately for the mode of transport and handling involved, and for accurately declaring the contents, weight, and any fragile, perishable, or special-handling requirements. We may decline to accept inadequately packaged shipments.
4. Transit Times
Transit times shown on our website or quoted by our team are estimates based on the selected service type and route. Actual transit time may vary due to distance, weather, traffic, customs clearance (for international shipments), or other factors outside our control.
5. Tracking
You can track your shipment on our website using your Mobile number, AWB number, Order ID, or LRN. Tracking status is updated as the shipment moves through our network.
6. Delivery
We will attempt delivery to the address provided at booking. If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, our delivery partner will reattempt or contact you to arrange a suitable time. Proof of delivery (signature or equivalent confirmation) is obtained on successful delivery.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government action, customs delays, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
8. International Shipments
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance procedures of the destination country apply and are generally the responsibility of the consignee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts (for example, due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept), we will attempt to contact you for instructions. Additional charges for re-delivery, return, or storage may apply.
